Symbol Explanation
(1) Long-distance calls within the United States are included in the bundle. International call rates still apply.
(2) Users may move their own telephone to a different office without assistance from Networking and Telecommunications at no charge. This feature is not available on all conference phones.
(3) The bundle comes standard with the indicated telephone. An upcharge applies for a different phone or additional options.
(4) STANDARD and STANDARD+ bundles include a softphone that can be used on Windows computers, Macintosh computers, iOS devices or Android devices. EC500 is a feature that allows office phone calls to be extended to a cell phone.
(5) Voicemails can be retreived either through the Touch Tone Interface (x65888) or through email if an email address is provided.

J169 Phone Upgrade $1.25 This phone has more buttons and features making it more suitable for a departmental or administrative assistant's phone.
Phone Sidecar $1.75 Adds a side-car to add more physical buttons to an appropriately cabable phone such as J169.
Multiple Line Appearance $1.00 For multi-line phones only; allows two (2) or more telephone numbers to appear on the same telephone.
Public Directory Listing $2.00 "White Pages" directory listing publically available via Internet sources.
B169 Wireless Conference Phone $2.00 Avaya B169 wired IP base to DECT wireless conference phone with a sixty hour battery included. Requires dedicated, non-shared $5/month data connection within 50-100 feet of the wireless conference phone. Expansion microphones are not included. Warranty excludes replacement batteries.
B189 Touchscreen Conference Phone $2.00 Avaya B189 wired IP conference phone.

Expansion Microphones $ Market* Add expansion microphones to conference phones. These are wired to the wired or DECT wireless conference phone. The one-time cost for the hardware will be the current cost to purchase the items and not warranty is given by Telecommunications.
Headset $ Market* Adds a wired or wireless headset to a capable phone.
ADA Phone $ Market* Adds an ADA transcription phone for qualified users only.
* $ Market The one-time charge for these items will be the then current cost of the product on the general market. MSU Networking and Telecommunications does not warranty these products. Should the devices fail and need to be repaired or replaced, the one-time cost for the repair or replacement will be charged to the appropriate budget.
