Service Lead Times
Allow a minimum of 4 weeks lead time for Voice &
Data Network requests that require a site visit by a technician.
This will apply to most work orders.
Requests that do not require a technician on site will normally be completed within 10 business days.
The time required for a job varies depending on the amount of work to be done and available
facilities. Departments are encouraged to give Networking and Telecommunications as much notice as possible
to ensure all necessary equipment will be installed when the actual change occurs. Upon request,
Networking and Telecommunications will provide an estimate of the total monthly charges and
non-recurring charges to the department head prior to beginning work. The department
head will be notified of costs exceeding normal charges whenever possible. Call 417-836-4765 (extension
