Troubleshooting

My Report (Web Invoice) Will Not Generate or Display


  • I Use Netscape To Browse
    • Reports may fail when using Netscape.  Try accessing the reports through an Internet Explorer browser window.  Contact your computer support person or Computer Services at ext. 6-5891 for assistance.

  • I Use Firefox To Browse
    • Screens may not display when using Firefox.  Try accessing the reports through an Internet Explorer browser window.  Contact your computer support person or Computer Services at ext. 6-5891 for assistance.

  • My Logon Doesn't Work
    • The reports are only available to authorized users.  To become an authorized user, your department head or budget approver must submit a request to grant access to the user's SGF or WP BearPass Login External.  Refer to Requesting Access.

  • I Would Like To Receive Notification in My Personal Email Account
    • The departmental email box is a stable means of delivering information to departments, similar to the centralized postal mail delivery.  The notification can be distributed as deemed necessary by the person who is authorized to view the departmental email box.  If you do not wish to view the report through the email notification, simply delete the notification.  Notifications will not be maintained or delivered to individual's email address.

  • The Email Notification Is Being Mailed To The Wrong Address
    I Didn't Receive The Email Notification


  • I Need Access To The Departmental Email Account
